散装农产品追溯的关键技术研究与实现

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF KEY TECHNOLOGIES FOR UNPACKED AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TRACEABILITY

摘要 针对散装农产品粘贴产品标识困难从而难以追溯的问题,设计散装农产品追溯系统。具有电子支付功能的追溯电子秤可按照GS1标准对商户及所销售的散装农产品进行编码,并可实时采集包含购买者信息在内的交易数据。这既作为虚拟电子标签,解决散装农产品的标识问题,又通过基于MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)协议的传输网络,利用“向上一步向下一步”的算法实现散装农产品追溯。测试结果表明,该系统可实现交易数据的实时采集,并能通过基于电子支付的数据关联实现追溯链条的构建,达到散装农产品追溯的目的。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to stick product labels on unpacked agricultural products and it is difficult to trace,the traceability system of unpacked agricultural products is designed.The traceability electronic scale with electronic payment function could encode the firms and the unpacked agricultural products according to GS1 standard,and collect the transaction data including the purchaser information in real time.This was not only used as a virtual electronic label to solve the identification problem of unpacked agricultural products,but also through the transmission network based on MQTT(Message Queuing Telecommunication Transport)protocol,using the"up step and next step"algorithm to realize the traceability of unpacked agricultural products.The test results show that the system can realize the real-time collection of transaction data,and realize the construction of traceability chain through data association based on electronic payment,which can achieve the purpose of unpacked agricultural products traceability.
