稀土La对优化制备微细Fe-Cu预合金粉末的影响 被引量:2

Effect of rare earth La addition on optimizing preparation of tiny Fe-Cu prealloyed powder

摘要 运用机械-化学法并以氧化镧为辅助剂优化制备了Fe-Cu预合金粉末。研究了稀土La的加入对还原温度以及还原后粉末微观形貌和粒度的影响。利用激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对Fe-Cu预合金粉末的粒径分布、微观形貌、元素分布以及物相组成进行表征。结果表明,运用机械-化学法并以氧化镧为辅助剂在700℃,保温40 min条件下制备的Fe-Cu预合金粉平均粒度为0.4μm,呈均匀固溶态,且添加一定量的La不仅可以有效降低制备Fe-Cu预合金粉所需还原温度,还可以抑制粉末颗粒的长大,减小粉末粒度。 Fe-Cu prealloyed powder was prepared by mechanochemical method with lanthanum oxide as adjuvant.The effects of rare earth La on the reduction temperature, the micro morphology and particle size of the reduced powder were studied. The particle size distribution, micro morphology, element distribution and phase composition of Fe-Cu prealloy powder were characterized by laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that the average particle size of Fe-Cu pre alloyed powder prepared by mechanical chemical method with lanthanum oxide as adjuvant at 700 ℃and holding for 40 min is 0.4 μm, it is a uniform solid solution, and adding a certain amount of La can not only effectively reduce the reduction temperature required for the preparation of Fe-Cu prealloyed powder, but also inhibit the growth of powder particles, reduce powder size.
