摘要
充填料浆的流动性是实现尾砂高浓度胶结充填的基础,而尾砂级配则是影响料浆流变特性的重要因素之一。为了探究尾砂级配与料浆流变特性的关系,首先对人工配制的不同级配尾砂进行粒径分析,并得到相应的特征粒径;开展了不同级配尾砂的流变特性试验,分别从直观和微观角度研究了级配对料浆流变特性的影响规律及其机理,并对其进行优化。结果表明:该矿不同级配尾砂料浆的流变特性符合Bingham模型,料浆中细砂掺量与料浆的屈服应力和塑性黏度存在指数增长关系,其最佳配比为-74μm占比40%。根据试验结果进行了充填工艺的技术改造,优化实际充填的尾砂级配,实现了安全高效开采。
The fluidity of the filling slurry is the basis of realizing the high-concentration cemented tailings filling,and tailings gradation is one of the important factors affecting the rheological properties of slurry.In order to research the relationship between tailings gradation and slurry rheological properties,particle size analysis was carried out on different gradations of artificial tailings at first,and the corresponding characteristic particle sizes were obtained.Secondly,the rheological property tests on tailings with different gradations were carried out.And the influence law and mechanism of gradation on rheological property of slurry were studied and optimized from visual and microscopic perspectives respectively.The results show that,the rheological properties of tailings slurry with different gradations in the mine conform to Bingham model,and the fine sand content with the yield stress and plastic viscosity of slurry shows a exponential growth relationship.The optimal gradation is-74μm accounting for 40%.According to the test results,the technical transformation of backfilling technology was put forward,the tailings gradation in actual production was optimized,and the safe and efficient mining was realized.
