摘要
为科学评判我国人工智能产业发展特征、推动人工智能产业高质量发展,有必要建立一套有效的人工智能产业发展水平评价指标体系。在此基础上,对人工智能产业发展水平的指标权重进行研究,明确人工智能产业发展过程中需要关注的重点,为国家和地方政府制定相关政策提供依据。
In order to scientifically evaluate the development characteristics of my country's artificial intelligence industry and promote the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry,it is necessary to establish an effective artificial intelligence industry development level evaluation index system.On this basis,research on the index weight of the development level of the artificial intelligence industry,clarify the key points that need to be paid attention to in the development of the artificial intelligence industry,and provide a basis for the national and local governments to formulate relevant policies.
