摘要
疫苗是预防传染病最有效的手段之一,据统计目前全球因为疫苗的使用,每年可使300余万人免于死亡,75万儿童免于残疾。疫苗可以刺激机体产生一定的保护物质,如免疫激素、生理活性物质、特殊抗体等,当机体再次接触到这种病原体时,机体免疫系统便会依循其原有的记忆,制造更多的保护物质来阻止病原菌的伤害。然而伴随疫苗的使用,很多疫苗相关不良事件的发生也引起了学者的高度关注。本文通过对既往有关疫苗不良反应的相关文献进行回顾,包括针对重症急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Severe aeute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, SARS-CoV)和中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Middle east respiratory syndrome coronavirus, MERS-CoV)疫苗相关不良反应进行总结分析,以期将来可以为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗临床的安全使用提供借鉴和参考。
Vaccines are one of the most effective tools of preventing infectious diseases. It is estimated that global use of vaccines may save more than 3 million people from death and 750 000 children from disability each year. A vaccine stimulates the body to produce certain protective substances, such as immune hormones, active physiological substances and special antibodies, etc. When the body is re-exposed to a specific pathogen, immune system follows its original memory to create more protective substances to prevent the injury caused by pathogens. However, with the widespread usage of vaccines, the occurrence of vaccine-related adverse events has also attracted great attention of scholars. In this paper, previous literature on adverse reactions of vaccines was reviewed, including the summary and analysis of SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV vaccine related adverse reactions. The goal was to provide some guidance for the clinical use of COVID-19 vaccine.
