摘要
为提高精密模具的加工精度,利用“J形”槽的弹性变形设计了一种高精度的微调夹具。使用该夹具时,通过楔形块与微调斜面的配合,使带有“J形”槽的夹具体产生弹性变形,向外胀开或收缩,电极头在平面方向上有小幅摆动,从而调整电极的垂直度,提高加工精度。利用提出的设计方法制作了样机,样机试验结果表明,该夹具的加工精度可达0.01 mm,并已成功应用于企业实际生产中。
Based on the elastic deformation of the"J"groove,a high-precision fine-tuning fixture was designed to improve the machining precision.The fixture produces elastic deformation to make the groove expansion or contraction.It led to the electrode swinging in a small plane direction,to adjust the perpendicularity of the electrode,and improve the machining accuracy.A prototype was developed based on the above method.The experimental results showed that the machining precision of the fixture can be 0.01 mm,and the fixture has applied to the actual production in many enterprises successfully.
