摘要
建筑业一直存在高能耗、高排放的特征,而对建筑业碳排放进行全面测算及对关键影响因素进行科学筛选,方能系统地挖掘建筑业碳排放状况并提出针对的减排措施。从建材生产、新建建造、后期运行全过程建立了建筑业碳排放测算模型,并建立了建筑业碳排放强度影响因素多元回归模型,以2005~2017年中国建筑业相关数据(因最新能源数据统计截止到2017年)为例进行实证分析,得出近年来中国建筑业碳排放特征、显著影响因素及各影响因素的弹性系数。并从各个过程以及各关键影响因素层面提出中国建筑业减排建议。
The construction industry has always been characterized by high energy consumption and high emissions,and only by carrying out a comprehensive calculation of the construction industry’s carbon emissions and scientific screening of key influencing factors can we systematically explore the construction industry’s carbon emissions and propose targeted emission reduction measures.A carbon emission calculation model for the construction industry was established from the entire process of building materials production,construction,and operation,and a multiple regression model of the factors influencing carbon emission intensity of the construction industry was established.Taking the statistical data of China’s construction industry from 2005 to 2017(The latest energy statistics as of 2017)as an example to conduct an empirical analysis,the characteristics of China’s construction industry carbon emissions,significant influencing factors,and elastic coefficients of each influencing factor in recent years are obtained.The recommendations for emission reduction in China’s construction industry from the perspective of the entire process and key influencing factors are proposed.
