摘要
长洲枢纽坝下—界首河段位于西江航运干线广西境内末端,其上游已建或规划建设多座梯级枢纽,该河段河床受到清水冲刷,加之人为无序采砂,河床下切明显。配合贵港至梧州3000 t级航道工程建设,现状条件下航道设计水位已较前期工可阶段有明显下降。为了保证贵梧3000 t级航道工程的建设,文章采用长洲枢纽运行后实测地形、水文实测资料,对长洲枢纽坝下—界首河段设计水位进行重新推求,并根据推求结果提出贵梧3000 t级(长洲坝下—界首)河段航道设计水位应充分考虑长洲水利枢纽运行导致的河床下切以及航道整治开挖为3000 t级航道共同影响引起的枯水期水位备降值。
The incoming water and sediment of river channels below the dam can be changed influenced by the cascade reservoir scheduling.The riverbed is scoured,just like the riverbed of the end of Xijiang Channel(river reach below the Changzhou Reservoir to Jieshou),which influences the design water level.In order to determine the water level of the Guigang-Wuzhou 3000 DWT channel project,the topography and hydrological data after the Changzhou reservoir schedule were used to re-calculate the design water level.The design water level of the end of Xijiang Channel should consider the enough devaluation caused by the riverbed scour and 3000 DWT channel regulation project simultaneously.
