摘要
为加深对设计思维在图书馆应用前景的认识、引导中国图书馆充分发挥设计思维在服务创新的积极作用,综合SWOT分析法与文献分析法,对设计思维在中国图书馆服务创新应用的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁展开系统分析。结合国内图书馆设计思维实践分析,采用内外因素交叉匹配形成渗透型、借力型、精简型、自主型4种本土应用策略,提出将设计思维渗透服务创新实践、引进外来经验与专业人才、集中资源循序渐进、加强组织文化建设等建议。
This paper attempts to recognize the future of applying Design Thinking to libraries in China,and maximize its positive influences in service innovation.Drawn on literature,this study provides a SWOT analysis on current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats for Design Thinking used in library service innovation,and examines practices in China to propose four strategies.Suggestions include immersing Design Thinking in service innovation process,introducing foreign and cross-industry experiences and recruiting professionals,pooling resources and proceeding gradually,and building an innovation culture.
