抗阻运动结合模块化营养指导对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Resistance Exercise Combined with Modular Nutritional Guidance on Nerve Conduction Function in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨抗阻运动结合模块化营养指导对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能的影响。方法选择2018年9月—2020年7月收治的86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施抗阻运动结合模块化营养指导,对两组血糖控制情况及神经传导功能、生活质量评分进行比较。结果两组干预前血糖控制达标率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后患者血糖控制达标率为95.35%,明显较对照组79.07%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前的腓总神经和正中神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后的MNCV、SNCV明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后生活质量评分明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗阻运动结合模块化营养指导可提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者血糖控制达标率,也能提高神经传导功能及生活质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of resistance exercise combined with modular nutritional guidance on nerve conduction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases each.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was in the control group.On the basis of the implementation of resistance exercise combined with modular nutritional guidance,the two groups of blood glucose control,nerve conduction function,and quality of life scores were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose control achievement rate between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group’s blood glucose control achievement rate was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 79.07%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the total nerve and the median nerve were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05).The MNCV and SNCV of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the quality of life scores of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance exercise combined with modular nutritional guidance can improve the rate of blood glucose control in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can also improve nerve conduction function and quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
