摘要
目的评价糖尿病合并股骨头坏死置换术的护理对患者生活质量的作用。方法选择2018年2月—2020年2月,从该院收治的糖尿病合并股骨头坏死置换术患者中选择72例进行研究,将患者按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,随机分对照组、试验组,各36例,前者采取常规护理措施,后者在前者基础上进行综合性护理,比较两组患者髋关节功能恢复情况、血糖水平和生活质量。结果试验组Harris髋关节功能评分优良率为94.44%,高于对照组77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、生活质量(SF-36)评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组FPG、2 hPG低于护理前,SF-36评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组FPG、2 hPG低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并股骨头坏死置换术患者护理中,综合性护理干预能够改善患者髋关节功能,保持患者血糖水平稳定,利于改善患者预后生活质量,值得推荐。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing care of replacement surgery for diabetes with femoral head necrosis on the quality of life of patients.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,72 patients with diabetes and femoral head necrosis replacement surgery were selected for the study.The patients were numbered according to the initials of their surnames in alphabetical order,and they were randomly divided into control group and expermental group,there were 36 cases in each group.The former took conventional nursing measures,and the latter carried out comprehensive nursing on the basis of the former.The recovery of hip joint function,blood sugar level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of Harris hip function score in the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h blood glucose(2 hPG)after meal,and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,FPG and 2 hPG in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and SF-36 score was higher than before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG and 2 hPG in experimental group was lower than the control group,the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with diabetes and femoral head necrosis replacement surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the hip joint function of the patient,keep the patient's blood glucose level stable,and improve the prognosis of the patient's quality of life.It is worth recommending.
