摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者开展MNT治疗的临床有效性。方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年1月妊娠期糖尿病患者共100例,数字表随机分两组,每组50例。对照组的患者给予常规方法治疗,观察组在该基础上增加MNT疗法。比较两组FPG达标时间、2 hPG达标时间、HbA1c达标时间、体重平均增长量、治疗前后患者血糖生化监测指标、总有效率、产妇和围生儿的不良结局发生率。结果观察组FPG达标时间、2 hPG达标时间、HbA1c达标时间短于对照组,体重平均增长量低于对照组,治疗后患者血糖生化监测指标低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇和围生儿的不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规方法联合MNT疗法对于妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果确切,对血糖有良好的控制作用,可控制孕期体重增长,改善母婴结局和新生儿的预后。
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of MNT treatment in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and the observation group added MNT therapy on this basis.Compare the two groups of FPG compliance time,2 hPG compliance time,HbA1c compliance time,average weight gain,blood glucose biochemical monitoring indicators before and after treatment,total effective rate,and incidence of adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes.Results The observation group’s FPG compliance time,2 hPG compliance time,and HbA1c compliance time were shorter than those of the control group,and the average weight gain was lower than that of the control group.After treatment,the blood glucose biochemical monitoring index of the patients was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes of maternal and perinatal infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional method combined with MNT therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on gestational diabetes,has a good control effect on blood glucose,can control weight gain during pregnancy,and improve maternal and infant outcomes and neonatal prognosis.
