摘要
目的建立动能歧视模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(KED-ICP-MS)同时测定花生糕中Cr、Fe、Zn、Cd、Pb5种金属元素的分析方法。方法花生糕采用硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解后,在线加入多元素虚拟内标(VIS)趋势校正,KED-ICP-MS同时测定其中的5种金属元素,并用国家一级标准参考物质黄豆(GBW10013)、河南小麦(GBW10046)、加标回收率试验及精密度试验验证了方法的准确度和精密度。结果在优化的实验条件下,5种待测元素线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均为1.000 0,方法的检出限为0.001 29μg/L~0.616μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.92%~3.0%,平均加标回收率为92.1%~99.2%。结论本方法快速、准确、可靠,灵敏度高,精密度好,能进行多元素同时分析,适合花生糕样品中多元素含量同时测定。
Objective A method was established to simultaneously determine 5 metal elements including Cr,Fe,Zn,Cd,Pb in peanut desserts by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). Methods After digested with microwave,nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,the contents of 5 metal elements in peanut desserts were determined by ICP-MS and multi-element virtual internal standard( VIS) trend correction was adopted. The accuracy and precision of the method was verified by the analysis of the certified reference materials,soybean( GBW10013) and Henan wheat( GBW10046),recoveries and precision tests. Results Under the optimum conditions,the 5 elements showed good linearity( r = 1. 000 0).The detection limits of 5 elements ranged from 0. 001 29 μg/L to 0. 616 μg/L. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations( RSDs) ranged from 92. 1% to 99. 2%,0. 92% to 3. 0%,respectively. Conclusion The developed method is rapid,sensitive and accurate. It can be used for simultaneous determination of 5 elements in peanut desserts.
