摘要
分析联合应用补肾壮骨汤、阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床价值。本文选取2018年4月至2019年12月在该院收治的62例绝经后骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组及对照组。研究组(n=31)予以补肾壮骨汤、阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗,对照组(n=31)应用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,记录两组治疗前后中医证候积分、骨密度及骨代谢指标变化情况。两组治疗前中医证候积分对比P>0.05,研究组治疗后中医证候积分下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前β-CTX、t P1NP、VD(25-OH)、OC、腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度检测值对比均P>0.05,治疗后研究组腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、VD(25-OH)水平较之前提高幅度及β-CTX、t P1NP、OC水平较之前下降幅度均优于对照组(组内、组间数据对比均P<0.05)。联用补肾壮骨汤、阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者效果显著,有利于改善其骨密度及骨代谢相关指标。
To analyze the clinical value of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction and alendronate sodium in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,the author selects 62 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects,and they were divided them into the study group and the control group by random number table method.The study group( n = 31) was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction and alendronate sodium,while the control group( n= 31) was treated with alendronate sodium.The changes of TCM syndrome score,bone density and bone metabolism index were recorded before and after treatment.The results showed before the treatment,the comparison of TCM syndrome score in the two groups was P>0.05,and the decrease of TCM syndrome score in the study group was better than that in the control group( P<0. 05);Before the treatment,the comparison of β-CTX,t P1 NP,VD( 25-OH),OC,lumbar ortho BMD and femoral neck BMD in the two groups was P>0.05,and after the treatment,the level of lumbar ortho BMD,femoral neck BMD and VD( 25-OH) in the study group was higher than the control group,the degree and the level of β-CTX,t P1 NP and OC were all lower than those of the control group( P<0. 05).The combination of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction and alendronate sodium was effective in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,which was beneficial to the improvement of bone mineral density and bone metabolism.
