基于二维材料的柔性可穿戴传感器件研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 柔性可穿戴传感器是附着于人体皮肤或组织上的监测装置,可以持续监测和量化特定微环境变化所产生的电信号或化学信号,在医学诊断和治疗方面具有广泛的应用前景。二维材料具有原子薄层的平面结构、优异的机械柔性和电学性能,非常适合用于构建可穿戴传感器。近年来,基于二维材料的柔性传感器在材料制备、工艺设计和设备集成等方面取得了巨大的进展。本文首先综述了二维材料在柔性可穿戴传感器应用上的最新研究进展,概括了基于二维材料的可穿戴传感器在物理、化学和生物信号检测方面的应用。另外,详细介绍了包括多模态传感在内的二维材料集成器件。最后,讨论了二维材料柔性可穿戴传感器在实际应用中所面临的问题和挑战,并对基于二维材料的可穿戴传感器的发展前景作出了展望。 Flexible and wearable sensors with the capability of monitoring and quantifying electrical or chemical signals from specific micro-environments have been emerged as a kind of powerful tools for efficient disease diagnosis and therapy.Two-dimensional materials with atomically thin structure exhibit excellent mechanical flexibility and electrical property,and they have been widely used to construct wearable sensors.In recent years,there has been great progress in material preparation,process design and equipment integration for two-dimensional materials-based wearable sensors.Here,we describe the recent development of flexible and wearable sensors based on two-dimensional materials.Specifically,we first introduce the two-dimensional materials employed in flexible and wearable sensors.Then,we review the application of two-dimensional materials-based sensors used for the detection of physical,chemical and biological signals.For a further step,the two-dimensional materials-based integrated devices are introduced in detail.Finally,the challenges and the development prospect of two-dimensional flexible sensors are recommended.This review would provide a guidance for the design and application of flexible and wearable sensors based on two-dimensional materials.
