摘要
为改善纳米纤维的可织性,自制静电纺丝纳米纤维包覆成纱装置以及空心锭包缠纱装置,在纳米纤维包覆纱基础上再包缠一层纱线或长丝形成包缠纱,以便将纳米纤维应用于传统织造工艺。根据纱线包缠效果可以分为过包缠、包缠良好和露芯等3个现象,同时引入包缠系数以解释相关现象。研究发现,采用合适的包缠工艺,芯纱表面的纳米纤维包覆结构被完整覆盖,包缠纱的断裂强度比包缠前有所提高。研究结论对扩展纳米纤维在传统纺织中的应用具有指导意义。
In order to improve the weavability of nanofibers,the spinning device of electrospinning nanofibers coated yarn and hollow spindle wrapping device were made,and a layer of yarn or filament was wrapped on the nanofibers coated yarn,so that the nanofibers could be used in the traditional weaving or knitting process.According to the yarn wrapping effect,there are three phenomena:overwrapping,well wrapping and exposed core.At the same time,the wrapping coefficient was introduced to explain the correlation phenomenon.It was found that the nanofibers coating on the surface of the core yarn were completely covered by suitable wrapping process,and the breaking strength of the wrapped yarn was higher than that of the fore-wrapped yarn.The research conclusions have some significance for the expanding application of nanofibers in traditional textiles.
