聚芳砜酰胺溶液干喷湿纺的动力学模拟计算 被引量:1

Dynamics simulation of dry jet wet spinning of aromatic polysulfonamide solution

摘要 针对影响聚芳砜酰胺(PSA)溶液干喷湿纺可纺性因素错综复杂的问题,通过纺丝试验来获得满足PSA溶液干喷湿纺可纺性的临界喷丝板微孔孔径和纺丝条件。结合测试获得的材料参数进行动力学模拟计算,结果发现,满足PSA溶液干喷湿纺的可纺性临界板前压力为6MPa左右,同时出口胀大比小于1.5,可以作为可纺性的参考标准。通过对喷丝板结构参数和纺丝工艺条件的模拟计算发现,喷丝孔长度和直径对板前压力和出口胀大比有显著的影响,优化喷丝板设计能有效改善溶液的挤出情况。在保证顺利挤出的前提下,适当降低纺丝温度或者提高挤出速度,还能够提高板前压力,有利于溶液顺利挤出。同时,适当增大PSA溶液干喷湿纺的喷头拉伸比或者降低空气段长度,出口胀大比减小,能够减小漫流发生的概率,并且在一定程度上有利于丝条的成形。 In view of the complicated factors affecting the spinnability of dry jet wet spinning of aromatic polysulfonamide(PSA)solution,the critical spinneret hole diameter and spinning conditions were obtained by dry jet wet spinning experiment.At the same time,according to the tested material parameters,dynamic simulation calculation was carried out.It was found that the critical pressure drop through the spinneret was about 6 MPa,and the die swell ratio was less than 1.5,which could be used as judgement criteria for spinnability.The effect of spinneret parameters and spinning conditions on spinnability was simulated.The results show that the spinneret hole length and diameter have a significant impact on the pressure drop and the die swell ratio,which suggests the spinneret design can be optimized to regulate the spinnability according to the simulation results.It is conducive to the smooth extrusion of the solution by decreasing spinning temperature or increasing extrusion speed to increase the pressure drop at a certain level under the premise of extruding smoothly.Meanwhile,the die swell ratio will be reduced by increasing the first draw ratio or decreasing the air gap length to increase the stress on spin-line,which can reduce the probability of the sticking phenomenon,and to a certain extent,is conducive to the formation of the filament.
