摘要
建国以来,我国在黄河治理和保护方面取得了一系列伟大成就,但仍存在生态环境脆弱、法治体系不健全、区域发展不均衡等问题。需进一步探索并采取相应的解决措施,使黄河流域治理体系顺应现代化要求,从而更好地解决黄河流域所面临的生态问题,以及实现经济的高质量发展。具体来说,加强生态环境保护,坚持因地制宜,分区域发展;完善水沙调控机制,加强梯级水库群调控力度,加快工程体系建设;健全生态法治体系,构建信息平台,让公众积极参与;探索和建设现代化产业体系,全面扩大对外开放。
Since the establishment of the nation,there is no gainsaying that China has made a series of great achievements in the governance and protection of the Yellow River.However,there are still some problems,such as fragile ecological environment,incomplete legal system and unbalanced regional development.Further exploration and corresponding solutions should be taken to make the Yellow River basin governance system meet the ask for modernization,so it can be better for the Yellow River basin to solve the ecological problems,and the target of the high-quality economic development will come true.Explain in detail,we should improve our protect ecological and environmental ability,adapt the suitable measures to solve the problem,and subregional development.complete the regulatory mechanism of water and pellets,reinforce the regulate and control dynamics of the step of water reservoirs,expedite the construction of the project architecture.Consummate the system of ecological and rule of law.Establishment the terrace of information,so people can positive participation.Explore and construct the system of the aggiornamento property,roundly enlarge open-door to the outside world.
