摘要
克罗恩病在临床治疗上存在复发率高、药物毒副作用大等问题,中医治疗具有增强西医药物的治疗效果,减轻药物不良反应,并减少副作用发生的优势。文章总结了王小娟教授治疗克罗恩病的临证经验,王教授认为本病以本虚标实为主要病机,其中以脾虚湿盛及肝郁脾弱多见,在治疗上应重视补益脾胃,顾护正气,疏肝解郁,标本兼治,虚实兼顾。
Crohn’s disease has many problems in clinical treatment,such as high recurrence rate and high toxic and side effects of drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of enhancing the therapeutic effect of western medicine,reducing adverse drug reactions,and reducing side effects.This paper summarizes Professor Wang Xiaojuan’s clinical experience in treating Crohn’s disease,According to Professor Wang,the main pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of the underlying substance,among which the deficiency of the spleen and dampness and the weakness of the liver and spleen are more common.In terms of treatment,attention should be paid to nourishing the spleen and stomach,protecting the qi,soothing the liver and relieving depression,treating both symptoms and root causes,and giving consideration to both deficiency and excess.
