摘要
文章分别从临床疗效和作用机制等方面对近十年穴位埋线治疗支气管哮喘的相关文献进行总结和分析,结果发现单纯穴位埋线或穴位埋线联合其他疗法对支气管哮喘均有良好疗效,作用机制可能与控制气道炎症、抗气道重构、调节机体免疫功能、调节神经内分泌免疫网络等相关,为临床推广、运用穴位埋线治疗支气管哮喘提供理论依据。
This paper summarizes and analyzes some relevant literatures on acupoint embedding treatment of bronchial asthma in the past decade from two aspects which are the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action,and found that acupoint embedding or acupoint embedding have good effect on bronchial asthma when combined with other therapies,and the mechanism may be related to controlling airway inflammation,anti-airway remodeling,regulating immune function,and regulating neuroendocrine immune network,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical promotion and application of acupoint embedding in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
