血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126联合检测对脑动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126联合检测对脑动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月该院收治的脑动脉粥样硬化患者120例为研究组,同期体检健康者120例为对照组。根据不同脑动脉硬化严重程度将患者分为单动脉组(23例)、双动脉组(53例)、多动脉组(44例)。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测研究组与对照组及不同脑动脉粥样硬化严重程度患者血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126的相对表达水平。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126对脑动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值。结果研究组血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126的相对表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126在不同脑动脉粥样硬化严重程度患者中的相对表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126单项检测对脑动脉粥样硬化诊断的灵敏度分别为95.00%、93.00%、92.00%,特异度分别为95.00%、92.00%、91.00%。血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126联合检测对脑动脉粥样硬化诊断的灵敏度为96.67%,特异度为90.00%,准确度为93.33%。结论血清miR-33a、miR-29c、miR-126可作为联合诊断脑动脉粥样硬化的潜在标志物。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum miR-33a,miR-29c,and miR-126 for cerebral atherosclerosis.Methods Totally 120 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study group,and 120 healthy people were selected as the control group.According to the severity of atherosclerosis,the study group was divided into single artery group(23 cases),double artery group(53 cases)and multi artery group(44 cases).The relative expression levels of miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitutive PCR in the study group,control group and patients with different severity of cerebral atherosclerosis.The diagnostic value of serum miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 for cerebral atherosclerosis was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC cure).Results The relative expression levels of miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The relative expression levels of serum miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 in diagnosis of different severity of cerebral atherosclerosis were significantly different(P<0.05).The sensitivity of serum miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis were 95.00%,93.00%and 92.00%respectively,the specificity was 95.00%,92.00%and 91.00%respectively.The sensitivity of combined detection of serum miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 in diagnosis of cerebral atherosclerosis was 96.67%,the specificity was 90.00%,the accuracy was 93.33%.Conclusion Serum miR-33a,miR-29c and miR-126 can be used as potential markers for combined diagnosis of cerebral atherosclerosis.
