硅钢用新型磷酸盐环保涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 本文采用液-固法成功制备均匀、纯净的磷酸二氢铝基液,其中磷与铝的物质的量之比=3:1。在磷酸铝基液配方的基础上对硅钢用磷酸盐环保绝缘涂层液配方的研究;确定磷酸二氢铝基液配方后,选用丙烯酸树脂作为增韧剂,硅溶胶作为悬浮剂,氧化镁作为固化相。利用盐雾实验、膜层厚度、成膜效果、附着性测试分析涂层的性能,最终确定磷酸盐涂层制备最佳工艺方案为:氧化镁0.2g,硅胶6g,丙烯酸树脂0.3g,且涂层的最佳烧结温度为300℃。 In this paper,the uniform and pure aluminum dihydrogen phosphate based solution was successfully prepared by a liquid-solid method,in which the molar ratio of phosphorus to aluminum was 3:1.The formulation of phosphate environmental protection insulating coating liquid for silicon steel is studied on the basis of the formulation of aluminum phosphate base liquid.After determining the formulation of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution,acrylic resin was selected as toughening agent,silica sol as suspension agent,and magnesium oxide as curing phase.Using salt spray test,film thickness,film forming effect,adhesion test to analyze the performance of the coating,finally determine the optimal preparation process of phosphate coating:magnesium oxide 0.2g,silica gel 6g,acrylic resin 0.3g,and the optimal sintering temperature of the coating is 300℃.
