摘要
目的了解黑龙江省三甲综合医院临床护士循证护理能力水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,于2020年5—7月对黑龙江省5所三甲综合医院的810名临床护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括一般资料调查表,循证实践知识、态度、行为问卷和循证护理能力评定量表。本研究回收有效电子问卷799份,有效回收率为98.6%。采用SPSS 21.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果799名临床护士的循证护理能力总分为(35.69±25.95)分。多重线性回归分析显示,教育水平、职务及循证实践知识技能是影响黑龙江省三甲综合医院临床护士循证护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论黑龙江省三甲综合医院临床护士的循证护理能力水平较低,亟须提高。建议黑龙江省三甲综合医院应加大对临床护士循证护理能力的重视,同时医院主管护理科研及教育的管理者应提高自身的循证护理能力,推动本医院的护理继续教育工作,开展线上、线下循证护理相关学习课程或讲座,鼓励临床护士将所学循证知识应用于临床护理工作中。
Objective To understand the level of evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses in ClassⅢGrade A general hospitals in Heilongjiang Province,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 810 clinical nurses in 5 ClassⅢGrade A general hospitals in Heilongjiang Province from May to July 2020.The questionnaires included General Information Questionnaires,Evidence-based Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Questionnaire and Evidence-based Nursing Ability Assessment Scales.In this study,799 valid electronic questionnaires were recovered and the effective recovery rate was 98.6%.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results The total score of evidence-based nursing ability of 799 clinical nurses was(35.69±25.95).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that education level,title and skills were the influencing factors of evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses in ClassⅢGrade A general hospitals of Heilongjiang Province(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses in ClassⅢGrade A general hospitals of Heilongjiang Province is low and needs to be improved urgently.It is suggested that ClassⅢGrade A general hospitals in Heilongjiang Province should pay more attention to the evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses.At the same time,the managers in charge of nursing research and education in the hospitals should improve their own evidence-based nursing ability,promote the nursing continuing education work of this hospitals,carry out online and offline evidence-based nursing-related learning courses or lectures and encourage clinical nurses to apply the evidence-based knowledge they have learned to clinical nursing work.
