摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)会导致神经系统损伤,躯体感觉障碍,视觉下降,前庭损伤和心理障碍等,进而引起动态平衡功能与静态平衡功能异常。平衡功能受限不仅增加了T2DM患者的跌倒风险,使其出现软组织损伤、骨折、脑外伤甚至死亡等,而且严重影响了他们的日常生活活动能力与生活质量。但是目前,国内对T2DM平衡功能下降的认识相对不足。本文通过论述T2DM患者动态与静态平衡功能异常的临床表现、影响因素及康复治疗方法,为临床上治疗T2DM患者平衡功能障碍的提供参考。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)affects nervous system,somatosensory system,visual system,vestibular system,and psychological system,resulting in abnormal dynamic and static balance functions.Limited balance not only increases the risk of falls in patients with T2DM,leading to soft tissue injury,fracture,brain injury,and death but also seriously affects their daily activities and quality of life.However,the understanding of limited balance function in patients with T2DM is insufficient.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,influencing factors,and rehabilitation therapy of dynamic and static balance dysfunction in patients with T2DM were discussed to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of balance dysfunction in patients with T2DM.
