摘要
目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期的患者,采取玉屏风散、疫苗的联合方案对患者肺功能、炎性因子指标的影响。方法纳入80例研究对象并随机分成治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组使用止咳化痰、氧疗及疫苗注射,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用玉屏风散治疗,对2组经30d的治疗效果、肺功能与炎性因子指标变化进行观察对比。结果治疗组总有效率92.50%,比对照组75.00%更高(P<0.05);治疗后2组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组提高程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对COPD缓解期的患者采取玉屏风散联合疫苗注射的效果满意,显著改善患者肺功能及降低炎性因子水平,值得推广。
Objective:To study the effect of the combination of Yupingfeng Powder and vaccine on the lung function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in remission period.Methods:80 study subjects were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases per group.The control group was given medicine for relieving cough and reducing sputum,oxygen therapy and vaccine injection and the treatment group was added Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,lung function and inflammatory factor index changes of the two groups were observed and compared after 30-day treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC levels in the two groups were higher in the first second after treatment.The level of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups after treatment increased(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined vaccine injection is satisfactory for COPD patients in remission,which significantly improves the lung function of patients and reduces the level of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of application.
