摘要
目的对艾滋病证候相关文献进行了研究,了解艾滋病常见中医证候分布特点。方法从知网、维普文献数据库筛选收集1999年1月—2018年12月有关艾滋病证候的文献、期刊,采用excel建立艾滋病的证候、症状文献数据库,并对证候、症状的频次、频率进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献67篇,艾滋病证候频率由高到低依次是气阴两虚、肝郁气滞、脾肾阳虚、气血两虚、肺脾气虚、气虚血瘀、热毒内蕴、肝肾阴虚、脾气虚弱、湿热内蕴等。症状频率由高到低依次为乏力、纳差、咳嗽、头晕、头痛、气短、心悸、自汗、失眠、咯痰、发热、腰痛、易感冒、畏寒、盗汗、胸闷、腰膝酸软、健忘、脘腹胀、烦躁易怒、神疲、皮肤瘙痒、消瘦、恶心等。结论艾滋病证候复杂多样,虚实夹杂,以虚证为主,常见证候以气阴两虚、肝郁气滞、脾肾阳虚、气血两虚、肺脾气虚、气虚血瘀为主;症状以乏力、纳差、咳嗽、头晕、头痛、气短、心悸、自汗出现率较高。
Objective:To study the related literature on AIDS syndromes to understand the distribution characteristics of common Chinese medicine syndromes of AIDS.Methods:The literatures and journals related to AIDS syndromes from January 1999 to December 2018 were collected from CNKI and Weipu literature databases,and a database of AIDS syndromes and symptoms was established by using excel,and the frequency of syndromes and symptoms were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 67 articles were included.The frequency of AIDS syndromes in descending order was deficiency of qi and yin,stagnation of liver and qi,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of both qi and blood,qi deficiency of lung and spleen,qi deficiency and blood stasis,internal accumulation of heat and toxin,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,weakness of spleen and qi,and internal accumulation of damp heat.The frequency of symptoms in descending order was fatigue,anorexia,cough,dizziness,headache,shortness of breath,palpitations,spontaneous sweating,insomnia,expectoration,fever,low back pain,easy cold,chills,night sweats,chest distress,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,and forgetfulness,abdominal distension,anxiety and irritability,mental fatigue,skin itching,weight loss,nausea,and etc.Conclusion:AIDS syndromes are complex and diverse,with a mixture of deficiency and excess,mainly deficiency syndromes.Common syndromes are mainly deficiency of qi and yin,stagnation of liver and qi,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of lung and spleen,and deficiency of qi and blood stasis.The symptoms include fatigue,poor appetite,cough,dizziness,headache,shortness of breath,palpitations and high frequency of spontaneous sweating.
