摘要
无偿献血是志愿将自己的血液无私奉献给社会公益事业,挽救他人生命,而献血者不向采血单位和献血者单位领取任何报酬的行为。目前,我国血液供给仍然处于不能完全满足临床血液需求,为了加快无偿献血事业的发展,挽救更多人的性命,各地纷纷组建无偿献血志愿者队伍,以促进和加强无偿献血的宣传和招募工作。无偿献血志愿者队伍的建设,对我国无偿献血事业的发展具有积极的促进作用。但与此同时各种条件的限制,我国无偿献血志愿者队伍建设存在一定的问题。本文就无偿献血志愿者队伍建设的重要性、无偿献血志愿者队伍建设现状、提出建设方法以及对未来展望作以综述,以期为各地无偿献血志愿者队伍建设提供一定的参考依据。
Unpaid blood donation is an act of volunteering to selflessly dedicate one's own blood to social welfare undertakings to save the lives of others,while the blood donor does not receive any remuneration from the blood collection unit and the blood donor unit.Atpresent,China's blood supply is still unable to fully meet the needs of clinical blood.In order to speed up the development of unpaid blood donation and save more people's lives,volunteer teams of unpaid blood donation have been established in various regions to promote and strengthen the publicity and recruitment of unpaid blood donation.The construction of the volunteer team of unpaid blood donation plays a positive role in promoting the development of the cause of unpaid blood donation in our country.However,at the same time,there are certain problems in the construction of volunteer blood donation teams in China due to various restrictions.This article summarizes the importance of the construction of unpaid blood donation volunteers,the status quo of the construction of unpaid blood donation volunteers,the construction methods and the future prospects,in order to provide a certain reference basis for the construction of voluntary blood donation volunteers in various regions.
