三向网格混凝土锥面密肋网壳的静力性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 混凝土锥面密肋网壳是由三角形密肋平板空间交汇形成的大跨度伞状结构。为了解三向网格锥面密肋网壳在竖向荷载作用下的变形和内力分布规律,采用有限元数值模拟方法,并考虑矢跨比及边梁、脊线、密肋梁和屋面板等构件刚度影响进行静力计算。结果表明:结构变形主要集中在三角形密肋平板的重心附近,脊线是屋盖的主传力结构;边梁对密肋平板的约束作用有限,加大边梁刚度不会根本改变传力途径,边梁截面高度可按较小的高跨比确定;过大的矢跨比会加大密肋平板沿结构跨度方向的实际边长,矢跨比不宜大于1/4;脊线成拱后刚度较大,提高脊线刚度对改善结构受力性质意义不大;密肋梁刚度加大将影响自身内力,截面高度可采用结构的1/100~1/75;屋面板对结构内力改善有限,不建议采用过厚的屋面板。 Concrete conical shell with dense ribs is a long span umbrella-shaped folded plate structure formed by the intersection of triangular slab space.In order to understand the deformation and internal force distribution of three-direction meshed reticulated shell under vertical load,the finite element numerical simulation method was adopted,and the static calculation was carried out considering the influence of the rise-span ratio and the stiffness of side beam,ridge beam,multi-ribbed beam and roof plate.The results show that the deformation of the structure is mainly concentrated near the center of gravity of the triangular slab.The ridge beam is the main transmission force structure of the roof.The side beam has limited constraint effect on the ribbed plate.Increasing the stiffness of the side beam will not change the way of force transmission fundamentally.The section height of the side beam can be determined according to a small high-span ratio.Too large rise-span ratio will increase the actual side length of the ribbed slab along the structure span direction,and the rise-span ratio should not be more than 1/4.The stiffness of the ridge beam after arching is relatively large.Increasing the stiffness of the ridge beam is of little significance to improving the mechanical properties of the structure.When the stiffness of the multi-ribbed beam increases,its internal force will be affected.The section height can be 1/100~1/75 of the structure.The roof panel has limited improvement on the internal force of the structure,so it is not recommended to use too thick roof panel.
