摘要
以梵净山国家级自然保护区内藻类为研究对象,调查分析不同生境藻类组成和多样性。研究区藻类共记录503种,隶属7门48科103属,藻类组成以硅藻占绝对优势,其次为绿藻和蓝藻。不同生境藻类物种组成以硅藻种类占优势,其次为绿藻和蓝藻。不同生境藻类组成不同,相似性较低。10个不同生境,附植底栖生境的藻类与其他生境的明显不同,藻类组成相似性最低。不同生境藻类Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为3.84~4.98,Pielou均匀度指数为0.76~0.99,Simpson优势度指数大于等于0.98。多元化生境对保护区内藻类多样性的维持具有重要作用,因此,生境多样性的保护有助于保护区藻类多样性的保护和管理。
Species composition and diversity of algae in different habitats were investigated in Fanjing Mountain National Nature Reserve in Guizhou.A total of 503 species were recorded,belonging to 7 phyla,48 families and 103 genera,and species composition of algae is dominated by diatom species,followed by green algae species and cyanobacteria.The species composition of algae in different habitats is mainly composed by diatoms,followed by green algae and blue algae,and the similarity of species composition of algae in different habitats is low.Among the 10 habitats,the algae in benthic habitat are obviously different from those in other habitats,and the similarity of algae composition is the lowest.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of algae in different habitats ranges from 3.84 to 4.98,the Pielou evenness index is from 0.78 to 0.99,and the Simpson dominance index is greater than or equal to 0.98.Diversified habitats play an important role in maintaining the algae diversity in the reserve.Therefore,the protection of habitat diversity is helpful to the protection and management of algae diversity in the Fanjing Mountain National Nature Reserve.
