摘要
含有Ti的铁水对铁水预处理和转炉冶炼工艺均有不同程度的影响。为此,对含Ti铁水扒渣、脱Ti预处理及转炉冶炼等整个过程进行跟踪分析,从铁水分级扒渣、脱Ti预处理、转炉冶炼及出钢作业等方面提出了对含Ti铁水冶炼工艺的严格控制措施。
The Ti-bearing hot metal has different effects on the pretreatment process and converter smelting process.The article carries out tracking analysis on the entire process of Ti-bearing hot metal deslagging,detitanium and converter smelting,proposes the stringent control measures of Ti-bearing hot metal smelting process from the operation aspects of hot metal stage deslaging,detitanium pretreatment,converter smelting and tapping.
