摘要
目的探讨对儿童慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)使用鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗的临床效果。方法选取惠东县第二人民医院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的CRS患儿62例进行研究,回顾性分析所有患儿的就诊资料。根据手术治疗方式将患儿分为单纯行腺样体切除术(AD)治疗的单行AD组和在AD基础上并行鼻窦球囊扩张术(BS)治疗的并行BS组,每组各31例,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果在主观症状改善情况方面,单行AD组和并行BS组治疗前的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Lund-Kennedy内镜黏膜形态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月和1年后,并行BS组VAS评分和内镜黏膜形态评分均低于单行AD组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗效果方面,并行BS组治疗总有效率为93.55%,明显高于单行AD组的74.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于CRS患儿而言,在AD的实施基础上并行BS治疗可以进一步改善患者的临床症状,提高患儿的治疗效果,值得临床推广实施。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of balloon sinuplasty on children with chronic sinusitis(CRS).Methods A total of 62 children with CRS admitted to Huidong Second People’s Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected for research,and the medical data of all children were analyzed retrospectively.All children were divided into the single adenoidectomy(AD)group(n=31,singly treated with AD)and the combined balloon sinuplasty(BS)group(n=31,treated with BS combined with AD)according to the difference of surgical treatment methods.The therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results In aspects of subjective symptoms improvement and before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lund-Kennedy endoscopic mucosal morphology scores between the single AD group and the combined BS group(P>0.05).However,after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year of treatment,the VAS score and endoscopic mucosal morphology score in the combined BS group were lower than those in the single AD group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In aspects of therapeutic efficacy,the total efficacy rate of the combined BS group was 93.55%,significantly higher than 74.19%of the single AD group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with CRS,the implementation of BS treatment on the basis of AD can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the therapeutic efficacy of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
