摘要
目的探讨数字化教材翻转课堂教学模式在介入超声教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院超声科学习的临床影像学系本科的学生40名作为教学对象,随机分为研究组(18例)和对照组(22例),研究组采用数字化教材翻转课堂教学(DFCL)模式,对照组采用传统授课式教学(LBL)模式,通过比较两组学生的各项考试成绩,做满意度问卷调查分析问卷信度及结果比较两种教学模式的教学效果。结果研究组和对照组学生的临床技能成绩分别为(39.67±6.60)分、(35.41±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。研究组和对照组调查问卷回收率100%,可信度分析Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.711和0.703,其中两组中教学形式接纳度一致性最好,分别为0.769和0.727。学生对培养介入超声技能的满意度分别为61.1%和22.7%,上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化教材翻转课堂教学模式有利于提高介入超声教学的教学质量,提升学生的操作技能。
Objective To investigate the application effect of digital textbook flipped classroom teaching mode in interventional ultrasound teaching.Methods A total of 40 undergraduate students from the department of clinical imaging who studied in the department of ultrasound imaging of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the teaching objects,and they were randomly divided into the study group(n=18)and the control group(n=22).The study group was given the digital flipped classroom learning(DFCL)mode,while the control group was given the conventional lecture-based learning(LBL)mode.Through comparing the test scores of the two groups of students,the satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to analyze the reliability and results of the questionnaire,and the learning effects of the two learning modes were compared.Results The clinical skill scores of the students in the study group and the control group were(39.67±6.60)points and(35.41±3.62)points respectively,with statistically significant differences(P=0.002).The recovery rate of the questionnaire in the study group and the control group was 100%,and Cronbach’sαcoefficients were 0.711 and 0.703,respectively.The consistencies of teaching form acceptances in the two groups were the best,which were 0.769 and 0.727,respectively.Students’satisfaction with training interventional ultrasound skills was 61.1%and 22.7%respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching mode of digital textbook is conducive to improving the teaching quality of interventional ultrasound teaching and improving students’operating skills.
