摘要 某电厂330MW供热机组热网首站增设供热蒸汽再利用系统,利用超低压汽轮机拖动发电机或者热网循环泵,回收利用供热抽汽压差能量损失,实现供热蒸汽合理梯级利用。试验结果表明:回收供热蒸汽压损约0.3MPa,蒸汽余压再利用系统发电功率15.65MW,降低厂用电率约2.33%,节能效益显著。此系统显著降低了厂用电率,可以在同类型机组中推广应用。 A heat supply steam reuse system was added at the first station of the heating network of 330 MW heat-supply unit in a power plant. Using ultra-low pressure steam turbines to drive generators or heat network circulating pumps, this system recovered and utilized the energy loss of the differential pressure of the extraction steam for heating, realized the rational cascade utilization of the heating steam. The test results show that the recovery steam pressure loss is 0. 3 MPa and the power generation of steam residual pressure reuse system is 15. 65 MW. So the auxiliary power consumption rate reduced by about 2. 33%. The energy-saving benefit is very remarkable. This system significantly reduces the power consumption rate and can be widely used in the same type of units.
