摘要
以福州职业技术学院开展生命教育与心理健康教育融合实践为例,思考生命教育与心理健康教育融合意义,探索如何进一步提升“心理育人”实效、引导大学生关注生命、尊重生命、珍爱生命、敬畏生命、欣赏生命、绽放生命,提高大学生疫情下承受心理挫折和应对突发事件的心理素质和能力。
Taking the practice of the integration of life education and mental health education inFuzhou Polytechnic as an example,it is considered the significance of the integration of life education and mental health education,explored how to further improve the effectiveness of"psychological education",guide college students to pay attention to life,respect life,cherish life,fear life,appreciate life,bloom life,to improve the psychological quality and ability of college students to bear psychological setbacks and deal with emergencies under the epidemic situation.
