摘要
目的:探讨优质护理对纤维支气管镜治疗ARDS患者的疗效。方法:2015年5月-2019年6月收治ARDS患者52例,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组给予基础护理;观察组采用优质护理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PaCO_(2)、氧合指数水平优于对照组,机械通气时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体、心理、社会和物质生活和总分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜提高ARDS患者临床疗效,同时采用优质护理能减少机械通气时间,提高患者治疗有效率及生活质量,说明优质护理在纤维支气管镜治疗ARDS时,发挥了重要作用。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of high quality nursing in the treatment of ARDS patients with fiberoptic bronchoscope.Methods:From May 2015 to June 2019,52 patients with ARDS were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing.The observation group was given high quality nursing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PaCO_(2) and oxygenation index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the time of mechanical ventilation was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical,psychological,social and material life and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscope can improve the clinical curative effect of ARDS patients.At the same time,high-quality nursing can reduce the time of mechanical ventilation,improve the effective rate of treatment and quality of life of patients,indicating that high-quality nursing plays an important role in the treatment of ARDS with fiberoptic bronchoscope.
