鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻甲射频消融术在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻甲射频消融术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者200例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各100例。研究组采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻甲射频消融术治疗,对照组采用鼻内镜鼻窦联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后鼻腔鼻窦功能评分及嗅觉评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻甲射频消融术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果显著,术后患者嗅觉功能及鼻窦功能恢复良好,治疗安全性高,预后良好。 Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with radiofrequency ablation of turbinate in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,200 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.In the study group,endoscopic sinus surgery combined with radiofrequency ablation of turbinate was used.The control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery combined with external displacement of inferior turbinate fracture.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group,and the complication rate was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional scores of nasal cavity and sinuses and olfactory scores in the study group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic nasal sinus surgery combined with radiofrequency ablation of turbinate in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis has a significant effect,postoperative olfactory function and nasal sinus function recovery is good,the treatment is safe and the prognosis is good.
