摘要
人体皮肤药代动力学研究可以直接反映药物在皮肤中的变化规律。从而为药效的强度、作用量与靶点的关系和药效代谢规律提供直接数据的手段。有助于确定合理的剂量及间隔时间,为合理用药提供依据,但目前皮肤药代动力学研究不足、不完整,是皮肤外用药物研发中普遍遇到的问题。为此本文探讨了新药研发与评价中可采用的检测技术和方法及其优点与不足,通过对实例的综合分析评价,为该类药物的开发和评价提供了有益的参考。
The research on pharmacokinetics of human skin can directly reflect the change rule of drugs in skin,so as to provide a direct way of data on the relationship between the intensity and dosage of action and target site,as well as the pharmacodynamic metabolism rule of the drug efficacy.It is helpful to determine the reasonable dosage and interval time and provide the basis for rational medication.However,the current research on skin pharmacokinetics is insufficient and incomplete,which is a common problem encountered in the research and development of skin drugs for external use.Therefore,the detection techniques and methods,as well as their advantages and disadvantages that can be adopted in the development and evaluation of new drugs were investigated in this paper.Meanwhile,through the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of examples,it provides a useful reference for the development and evaluation of this kind of drug.
