摘要
基于“健康中国2030”与“体育强国”战略发展需要,运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法通过对我国小篮球运动的发展优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析。结果表明:“体育强国”、“健康中国2030”是政策红利,体育产业蓬勃发展为小篮球运动发展注入强劲动力;尚未构建命运共同体与品牌效应不足是劣势;新兴智能体育运动项目与传统应试教育是挑战。建议:一是构建推广部门联动机制与政策共识交汇度;二是创新构建以学校为主战场的篮球人文精神传播基地;三是构建以“健康”为指导思想小篮球运动的公共服务体系;四是构建以市场为主导的政府购买服务小篮球专项化服务。
Based on the strategic development needs of“Healthy China 2030”and“Sports Powerhouse”,in order to promote the promotion and development of small basketball,the paper analyzes the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of small basketball in China by means of literature data and SWOT analysis.The results show that“Healthy China 2030”and“Sports Powerhouse”are policy dividends.The vigorous development of sports industry has injected strong power into the development of small basketball.The weakness lies in the lack of community of destiny and brand effect.The emerging intelligent sports and traditional exam-oriented education are challenges.Suggestions:first,build the linkage mechanism of promotion departments and the convergence degree of policy consensus;second,innovate and build the basketball humanistic spirit communication base on schools as the main battlefield;third,build the public service system of small basketball with“health”as the guiding ideology;fourth,build the special service of small basketball with market-oriented government purchase service.
