摘要
玻璃纤维增强塑料管具有优良的水力特性及耐腐蚀性能,可在城市深隧等重大工程结构中使用。这类重大工程的设计使用年限一般为100年,而现行玻璃纤维增强塑料管管道结构设计规范的设计使用年限通常只有50年,缺少基于更长设计使用年限的设计方法在一定程度上限制了玻璃纤维增强塑料管的进一步应用。本文结合结构设计的作用、抗力和结构设计方法三部分内容,指出了不同设计使用年限对玻璃纤维增强塑料管管道结构设计的影响;然后根据其性能特点,重点对其在100年设计使用年限下的抗力进行了分析,确定了两个抗力调整系数,在此基础上建立了基于100年设计使用年限的结构设计的具体方法,并与基于50年设计使用年限的设计结果进行了比较。结果表明,基于100年设计使用年限进行设计时,玻璃纤维增强塑料管的刚度等级不变,但压力等级将提高30%左右。
Glass fiber reinforced plastic(GRP)pipe has excellent hydraulic performance and corrosion resist-ance,which can be used in urban deep tunnel and other major engineering structures.The design service life of this kind of major projects is generally 100 years,while the design life of the current code for design of GRP pipe structure is usually only 50 years.The lack of a design method with longer design service life limits the further application of GRP pipe.The influence of different design service life on the structural design of GRP pipe was pointed out by combining the action,resistance and structural design method of structural design.Then,according to the performance characteristics of GRP pipe,the design was focused on 100 years design service life,and two resistance adjustment coefficients were determined.The basic method for the structural design of GRP pipe based on 100 years design service life was established,and the design results based on 50 years design service life was compared.The results show that based on 100 years design service life,the stiffness class of GRP pipe is unchanged,but the pressure class would be increased by about 30%.
