海上风电结构过渡段灌浆体的疲劳性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对采用单桩基础的海上风电结构,建立风电结构整体有限元模型,研究其过渡段灌浆体疲劳性能。通过静力和动力数值模拟,结合疲劳累积分析理论,得到灌浆体疲劳危险节点的疲劳累积损伤度。分析灌浆体的厚度、外套筒的壁厚、桩体的壁厚、灌浆体的长度、露出桩的长度、塔筒的高度、风轮-机舱的质量、土体的剪切模量等结构设计参数对过渡段灌浆体疲劳性能的影响规律。结果表明:过渡段灌浆体下边缘的疲劳累积损伤度比上边缘大;灌浆体的长度约为1.5倍桩径时,灌浆体的损伤度最小;塔筒的高度、风轮-机舱的质量的变化对灌浆体的损伤度影响较大。 Finite element model of offshore wind power structure with monopile was established to study the fatigue performance of grouting in transition section.By static and dynamic numerical simulation,the fatigue cumulative damage degree of fatigue dangerous joint of grouting was obtained according to the fatigue cumulative calculation theory.Influence of structural design parameters such as thickness of grouting,wall thickness of outer sleeve,wall thickness of pile,length of grouting,length of exposed pile,height of tower,mass of wind tur-bine and engine room,shear modulus of soil on the fatigue performance of grouting in transition section was analyzed.The results showed that the fatigue cumulative damage degree of lower edge of grouting is larger than that of upper edge.When the length of grouting is about 1.5 times of the pile diameter,the damage degree of grouting is the smallest.Height of tower,mass of wind turbine and engine room have large effect on the damage degree of grouting.
