摘要 油气田瓦斯隧道瓦斯具有无处不在的特点,所以存在难以预测的风险。依托特长油气田区高瓦斯隧道——成都地铁18号线龙泉山隧道工程,在重点靶区采取由地表至洞内、由宏观至微观,层层递进的复合探测手段相互验证,以减小误差。探测初期,利用无人机Lidar技术进行微地貌解译与力学性质分析,同时采用EH4探测深部构造发育与含水情况。施工过程中,在洞内采用TSP结合超前水平钻探实现构造带亚米级误差。复合探测技术实现了灾害源精准定位,为油气田瓦斯隧道探测和风险防控提供了指导。 Gas tunnels in oil and gas fields have unpredictable risks because of the ubiquitous characteristics of gas.Taking Longquanshan tunnel project,which is the high gas tunnel in the extra-long oil and gas field of Chengdu Metro Line 18 as an example,a composite detection method,from the surface to the inside of the cave,from the macro to the micro,layer by layer,is adopted in the key target area to verify each other and reduce errors.In the early stage of detection,the UAV Lidar technology was used to interpret micro-topography and analyze mechanical property,and EH4 was used to detect deep structure development and water content.During the construction process,sub-meter errors in the structural zone was achieved by combination of TSP and advanced horizontal drilling in the cave to get the precise location of disaster sources.It can provide guidance for gas tunnel detection and risk prevention and control in oil and gas fields.
