简述了五环炉工艺流程、运行情况及运行中存在的相关问题。通过对相关问题进行分析,并做出相对应的改进措施,避免了五环炉运行中的安全隐患,为气化炉装置安全稳定运行积累了宝贵经验。
This paper briefly describes the technological process,operation situation and related problems existing in the operation of WHG gasifier unit.By analyzing the related problems,corresponding improvement measures are taken to avoid hidden dangers in the operation of WHG gasifier,and thus valuable experience is accumulated for the safe and stable operation of the WHG gasifier unit.
