摘要
对采用的煤体注水、采煤机内外喷雾、负压二次降尘综合防尘技术进行了分析,并探讨了其应用情况及经济效益。采用煤层注水后,工作面产生粉尘的质量浓度明显降低。在采煤机摇臂上增设外喷雾装置,割煤时打开,可有效提高采煤机喷雾降尘效果。采煤机负压二次降尘装置能在不同角度喷雾形成水雾,且喷雾形成的负压将摇臂和滚筒底部的粉尘吸入降尘器湿润后落下,对抑制粉尘起到关键性作用,相比粉尘质量浓度下降了40%。
This paper analyzed the comprehensive dust control technology of coal water injection,coal shearer internal and external spray and negative pressure secondary dust reduction,and discussed its application situation and economic benefits.After the coal seam water injection,the mass concentration of dust produced on the working face can be significantly reduced.An external spray device is added to the rocker arm of the shearer,which is turned on when cutting coal,can effectively improve the spray dust reduction effect of the shearer.The negative pressure secondary dust reduction device of the shearer can spray at different angles to form water mist,and the negative pressure formed by the spray sucks the dust at the bottom of the rocker arm and the drum into the dust collector and then falls down,which plays a key role in suppressing dust,and the mass concentration of dust has dropped by 40%.
