摘要
社会科学普及是将人类社会智识活动中的哲学社会科学知识进行普遍推广、传播和宣传,使广大社会民众以最便捷方式、最广泛程度、最小成本地予以认知、接受、认可和促进的系列行为。社会科学普及立法意义重大,尤其是安徽省社会科学普及立法具有重要性和紧迫性。然而,安徽省社会科学普及立法工作面临着缺乏政府主导、资金投入不足、社会科学普及力量薄弱且组织协调不充分、人才培养机制不完备等诸多难题。应充分阐明安徽省社会科学普及立法困境的成因,并从发挥政府的主导作用、确保社会科学普及的资金及经费投入、加强组织间的协调机制、完善社会科学普及人才培养机制、创新社会科学普及的宣传形式并与新媒体紧密结合等方面,提出解决安徽省社会科学普及立法的有效方案和措施。
The popularization of social science is a series of behaviors that popularize,disseminate and publicize the knowledge of philosophy and social science summarized from human social activities,so that the public can recognize,accept,recognize and promote it in the most convenient way,to the most extensive degree and at the least cost.The legislation of social science popularization is of great significance,especially for Anhui Province,because the legislation work is faced with such problems as lack of government guidance,insufficient capital investment,understaffed popularizing force,inadequate organization and coordination,and incomplete talent training mechanism.It is necessary to fully clarify the causes for the legislative dilemma and put forward effective plans and solutions from the aspects of giving play to government’s leading role,ensuring popularizing funds and input,strengthening the coordination mechanism among organizations,improving popularizing talents training,innovating publicizing forms,and integrating it closely with new media.
