摘要
针对特厚煤层综放工作面地面钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,为了实现钻孔利用最大化和抽采效率最大化,在分析各种钻孔利用方式的基础上研究确定了适合塔山矿3-5煤层开采条件的钻孔利用方式。以该矿8203工作面为研究对象,根据相似模拟实验得到综放开采覆岩运动规律和工作面前方煤层支承压力分布规律,研究提出地面垂直钻孔“一孔多用”方案为在钻孔超前工作面20~25 m时进行采动卸压瓦斯抽采;在钻孔进入采空区0~180 m内进行采空区瓦斯抽采;钻孔进入采空区超过180 m后可停止采空区抽采,利用地面钻孔进行采空区自然发火防治。
For the ground gas drainage drilling technology of fully mechanized caving face in extra thick coal seam and in order to realize the purpose of maximum application and gas drainage efficiency,the drilling use pattern suitable for 3-5 coal seam in Tashan coal mine was determined based on the analysis of various use pattern.Taking the 8203 mining face as the research object,and according to the overburden strata moving law and the bearing pressure distribution law obtained by similar simulation experiment,the multi-application drilling program was proposed:mining effect pressure relief gas is extracted in the time of the drilling ahead of mining face 20 m to 25 m;goaf gas is extracted during the process of drilling in goaf 0 to 180 m;the drilling is used for spontaneous combustion protection and control after it in the goaf 180 m.
