摘要
目的:探索中药材质量对中成药疗效的影响,以确保中成药在治疗疾病时疗效的有效性、均衡性。方法:对不同中成药生产厂家生产的同名、同种中成药进行疗效分析,分析不同生产厂家按照《中国药典》同一标准、同一用量、同一剂型、同一工艺流程生产的同名、同种中成药存在疗效差异情况,分析产生这种情况的原因,制定出防范措施。结果:通过这些防范措施的实行,能有效提高中成药的质量和疗效,缩小或消除不同厂家生产的同名同种中成药的疗效差异,为患者用药后应达到的疗效提供保障。结论:只有重视和提高中成药原料药的质量,才能确保不同厂家生产的同名同种中成药疗效的有效性、均衡性,避免同名同种中成药因生产厂家不同而出现疗效差异情况。
Objective To explore the influence of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials on the curative effect of Chinese patent medicine to ensure the balance of efficacy of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of diseases.Methods The authors analyzed the production which share the same name,proprietary from different proprietary Chinese medicine factory,and analyzed the differences in curative effect of the same name and the same kind of proprietary Chinese medicine produced by different manufacturers in accordance with the same standard,the same dosage,the same dosage form,and the same process in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,analyzed the causes of this situation,and formulated preventive measures.Result The implementation of these preventive measures can effectively improve the quality and curative effect of proprietary Chinese medicines,reduce or eliminate the differences in curative effect between the same Chinese patent medicines of the same name produced by different manufacturers,and provided guarantee for the curative effect after patients taking the medicine.Conclusion Only by paying attention to and improving the quality of Chinese patent medicine API,can we ensure the effectiveness and balance of the efficacy of Chinese patent medicine with the same name produced by different manufacturers,and avoid the difference of the efficacy caused by different manufacturers with the same name.
