摘要
采用氧化钇稳定氧化锆作为固体电解质 ,稀土硫氧化钇和氧化钇的混合物作为辅助电极组装电化学定硫电池 ,定硫实验结果表明 ,该定硫传感器所测电动势信号较为稳定 ,响应较快 ,重现性较好 ,持续时间较长 ,准确度较高 ,是一种比较成功的定硫传感器 ,得到了 15 83K下电动势与铁液中硫含量的关系 ,其关系式为 :Emf =12 2 +10 2 9w ([S]) .
The sensors were studied by using the powders of the Y 2O 3 stabilized ZrO 2 as solid electrolyte of determining sulfur sensors and the mixture of Y 2O 3 and Y 2O 3S as the auxiliary electrode of determining sulfur sensors.The experimental results on measuring sulfur concentration in cast iron indicate that the signals of these two kinds of sensors are stable.The sensors have fast response,good reproducibility,long continuous time,and high accuracy.Sulfur content was obtained at 1 583 K in the cast iron.The relation of sulfur content with the electromotive force is:E mf =122+1 029w().It was confirmed that the sensors were successful.
