摘要
手性催化被认为是合成手性化合物最有效的途径,近几十年来一直受到人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了手性催化剂在不对称合成中的重要作用,并详细介绍了近年来生物催化剂、手性金属络合物催化剂、手性有机小分子催化剂(重点介绍手性磷酸催化剂和手性硫脲类催化剂)的相关研究进展,同时也介绍了各类催化剂在不对称催化合成中的应用,为后续的研究提供理论依据。
Chiral catalysis is considered to be the most effective way to synthesize chiral compounds,which has attracted much attention in recent decades.The important role of chiral catalysts in asymmetric synthesis was introduced,and the research progress on biocatalysts,chiral metal complexes catalysts and chiral organic small molecular catalysts(chiral phosphoric acid catalysts and chiral thiourea catalysts)in recent years was introduced in detail.The application of various catalysts in asymmetric catalytic synthesis was also introduced,it provided a theoretical basis for the follow-up research.
