摘要
目的:为提升我军应对战时医疗救治的保障能力,探讨一种战时医学装备维修任务优化调度的方法。方法:应用排队论的函数分布规律与分析方法对维修任务调度进行数学建模,充分结合战时环境,通过不同参数生成对比组,逐步确定满足要求的基本队列模型与优先权模型。结果:该方法能够确定合理的排队模型,总结出适合战场环境的服务规则,解决了战时医学装备维修调度优化问题,达成了需求与维修力量的动态平衡。结论:战时医学装备维修任务优化调度的方法具有一定的可行性和按需优先保障特性,有利于缩短平均等待时间和提高总体维修效能,为战时医疗救治争取宝贵时间。
Objective To propose a method for optimizing the dispatching of wartime medical equipment maintenance tasks in order to enhance the PLA's wartime medical service support.Methods Mathematical modeling of maintenance task dispatching was executed applying the function distribution laws and analysis methods of queuing theory.The basic queueing model and the priority model that met the requirements were determined step by step by generating comparison groups with different parameters in a fully integrated wartime environment.Results The method was able to determine a reasonable queuing model and summarize service rules suitable for the battlefield environment,optimizing wartime medical equipment maintenance dispatching and achieving a dynamic balance between demand and maintenance ability.Conclusion The method for optimal dispatching of wartime medical equipment maintenance tasks has certain feasibility and on-demand priority characteristics,which is conducive to reducing the average waiting time and improving the overall maintenance effectiveness.
