摘要
针对微细低阶煤难选问题,以神东矿区<0.074mm的微细粒低阶煤为研究对象,选取高阶煤、聚丙烯和四氧化三铁作为疏水载体颗粒,探究了疏水栽体颗粒的粒度和添加比例对其浮选行为的影响。结果表明:最佳浮选条件为搅拌强度1800r/min,浮选农度60g/L,捕收剂用量3000 g/t,起泡剂用量400 g/t,对应的可燃体回收率为50.88%;添加全粒级高阶煤、聚丙烯和四氧化三铁后,可燃体回收率分别提高到76.33%、67.70%和60.37%。研究还表明:疏水载体颗粒对低阶煤浮选的促进效果与颗粒性质有关,中等粒级疏水栽体颗粒的促进效果优于粗粒级和细粒级,粗颗粒高阶煤的促进效果优于细颗粒,细颗粒聚丙晞的促进效果优于粗粒级;此外,增加栽体疏水栽体颗粒的比例有利于提高可燃体回收率。
To address the difficulties in microfine low-rank coal beneficiation,a study is made of the effects of size and dosage of hydrophobic carrier particles on flotation behaviors of ultrafine low-rank coal with the<0.074 mm fine coal from Shendong Mining Area as the target and the high-rank coal,polypro-pylene and frroferrie oxide as hydrophobie carrier particles.As evidenced by test result,when flotation is made without adding hydrophobic carrier particles under an optimum flotation condition with a stirring intensily of1,800 rpm,a pulp density of 60 g/L,a collector dosage of 3,000 g/t and a frother dosage of 400 g/t,a recovery of combustible matters of 50.88%can be obtained;after the high-rank coal,poly-propylene and ferric oxide of 3 size ranges are added respectively,the recovery of combustible matters goes up to 76.33%,67.70%and 60.37%respectively;it is also noted that the size of hydrophobic carrier particles has a direct bearing on the enhancement of flotation of low-rank coal,and in terms of enhancement effects,the medium size particles are better than the coarser and finer ones;as for the effects of the 3 different hydrophobic carrier particles selected for use,the coarser size is better than the finer size(high-rank coal),and the finer size better than the coarser size(polypropylene);and the increase of dosage of hydrophobic carrier particles is helpful to the increase of recovery of combustible matter.
